JOB SUMMARY:
Partnering with Radiant, a Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to residents in accordance withthe established policies and procedures as directed by the community Supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide residentswith routine daily nursing care and services
- Administermedications as ordered and in accordance with state and federal regulations andfacility policies and procedures
- Seeklicensed staff assistance as needed
- As a Med Tech you will followthe plan of care and chart all appropriate documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Communicateboth orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
- Fostersa supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- NAC/CNA or NAR or HCA required
- Must be 18 years of age
